..Sheeesh..
And double *sigh*.
Tell ya what, I should be homeworking.
...Definetely.
I should, but I'm not.
..Ugggh..
Lack of motivation !
Boy.. Well, since I'm here, I might as well do something useful huh? What about catching up on my late posts ? (Yeah, I happen to have good ideas from times to times *snickers*)
I've tried a recipe for Bánh Bò, a vietnamese, chewy, sweet snack or dessert which literally translates to ...."Cow Cake". Hahahaha. Alright I know it doesnt sound that appetizing, and it might look even weirder once you see my cake.
... tadaah!

Loll alright, no really, this is known as "Vietnamese Baked Honeycomb Cake". The honeycomb cakes I usually love are the chinese version ones, the white, steamed, eggless, "Pak Tong Kou".
Take a glimpse at this perfect texture!

And, of course, this picture is taken from Aunty Yochana's blog. I will try her recipe one day, and give a feedback about it. Meanwhile, that's it for your cultural knowledge tonight!
Since "my" honeycomb cake isn't the one I hearted the most, I won't post the recipe. However, my parents raved about it. I found it too eggy though.
Okay, it's midnight.
...I think I'll start my science physics reviewing document now. 8-)
