3rd day: Durian filled-buns!



And my baking frenzy continued!

Since I finally got some time to myself (the exams ended!! oh yeaah baby!), I decided to try myself at some yeast buns. Well, i still had a huge stock of durian since my durian chiffon cake without durian flavour, and my parents are fanatic of durian. So?

Durian bakery again!

I took a basic sweet bun dough and tried to convert it into green tea buns... No results. *Sigh*. However, and fortunately, the bun was incredibly soft and stayed soft three days later!

This time, having kept the durian in its whole nature and only mashed it for the filling, the bun tasted durian as it was supposed to.
