Since I'm on my holidays' vacations, I've went through a baking frenzy and simply didn't have yet the time to post on everything. So here's my next sweet : the Durian Chiffon cake, whose recipe I took from Aunty Yochana's blog.
And do NOT omit the durian paste. Although the chiffon texture was perfect : fluffy, moist and soft, my chiffon cake didn't taste durian at all. It was still a success at the party I bought it to but with all the durian puree I added to the batter, I had hoped it would at least smell something.

It is worth a try though, and the recipe definetely has a lot of potential.
