Panettoni de Mileno

Or more frequently called : the panettone bread.


Alright soo last year, i'd already tried a recipe for this delicious italian delight usually scarfed down during Christmas time and succesfully screwed it up. This year, determined to bake a panettone for my panettone-lover family, i looked up for every panettoni recipe I could find and combined various recipes.

What's your first impression? I think it looks pretty. ..Pretty good too.




And it was!! The taste is simply incredible! However, my quest for the legendary panettoni de Mileno hasn't come to a stop yet. The texture is dense and still hasn't achieved the flaky, kind of melting, addictive moisture all profesionnal panettones possess.
